> Track your coffee stock, brew classic recipes like the 4:6 and pour at the right pace with a guided brew. No scale needed. Open source, coming soon for iPhone and Android.

Bloom is an app for iPhone and Android, coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, for pour-over coffee at home. It keeps an inventory of coffee bags, holds classic and custom recipes, and guides each brew in real time against the recipe's target curve. It works fully by hand, guided by time; a Bluetooth scale is optional. Bloom is open source (AGPL-3.0): the app, the server and the database. On the official server it is free to use, with every feature and up to 5 saved recipes of your own, and a one-time lifetime license (US$5.99) unlocks unlimited recipes. Anyone can also self-host the server for free, with no limits. No ads, no subscription.

The Bloom scale, an ESP32 Bluetooth scale built for pour-over, will be open source and open hardware (firmware, circuit board and case). It is in development.
